10 Days of Nature ~ Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail Kick-off Celebration

Citrus County Parks and Recreation has partnered with the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail (GFBWT) to present a 10-day trail exploration adventure in Citrus County.

The adventure begins on Thursday, May 2, at Bluebird Springs Park with a kick-off celebration. Meet the staff from the Florida Forest Service, Crystal River Preserve State Parks, and Lauren Ali, GFBWT coordinator at FWC.

You will have an opportunity to learn about the 21 GFBWT locations in Citrus County, discuss birds and wildlife, take a leisurely walk in the park to spot wildlife and enjoy the outdoors.
