Wallace's at the Greenhouse
Wallace's is home to great food, they are also home to cooking what you catch. As long as the fish comes in clean and filleted, the scallops come in shucked and clean, and the shrimp be peeled etc. They do ask that you sign a waiver, and you give them notice before you are bringing it in.
For $25.00 per person plus tax they will cook it for you in the style of pan searing, grilling or escabeche. Finishing sauces include white wine butter, lemon caper, herb cream, coconut curry, or fresh tropical salsas. Typical sides include a choice of toasted coconut jasmine rice, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed veggies, ginger sweet potatoes, kale & brussels sprouts slaw, house chips, yucca fries and more.
Their menu is on the gluten free side, staying away from heavy breading and batter frying.
