This event has expired and is here for your information.
The fall autumnal equinox marks the official beginning of fall in the northern hemisphere. It represents equal hours of day and night and reminds us to begin to slow down as the days begin to get shorter. It’s all about finding balance in the rhythm of life and embracing the transition and change.
🍂 Join us for a Community Event on Monday, September 20th form 5:30 to 8pm to celebrate the changing of the season with a yin/yang yoga practice to the beat of the drums. The fall equinox is often seen as a mystery as it is a vital part of the enlightenment and growth process for all of us. We act during light, we reflect during darkness.
