Howard's Boooooth-A-Treat!!!! Come bring your kiddos to Howard's Flea Market for a day filled with trick-or-treating & costume contests. Our vendors are ready to hand out the treats & accept the tricks The costume contest starts at 2 p.m. at the main stage. 9 contest winners!!!! We cannot wait to see you there!!!!
