Calling all Young Artists!
Attention all young artists out there! If you have a passion for painting, sketching, drawing, or even digital artwork, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Citrus County Parks and Recreation is calling all young artists to participate in the celebration of the 20th Annual Kids Fishing Clinic and help raise awareness about Florida's Coastal and Freshwater ecosystems by participating in the Aquatic Arts Outdoor Gallery.
You can use any painting medium, such as oil paints, watercolors, and acrylic paints, or any drawing material like graphite pencils, crayons, colored pencils, charcoal, and pastels (oil and chalk pastels). Original digital art and paper collages are acceptable.
All art entries must be framed and follow the specified frame sizes: 4 x 6, 8 x 10, or 11 x 14. Remember, only one entry per artist is allowed, and the contest is open to ages 5 through 15.
